Job Full Description

Responsibilities:

• Operate shear and brake press machines safely and efficiently

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications

• Measure, mark, and align materials before processing

• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Shear/Brake Press Operator or in a similar role

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment
