Position Overview
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, supporting audits, and providing insights to leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and reconciliations

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies

Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll support as needed

Collaborate with operations and leadership to provide financial insights

Assist with audits and regulatory filings
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or construction industry preferred)

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
