Welder / Fabricator

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator for a great temp-to-hire opportunity with a company located in Hanford, CA.

 

Job Duties:

• Perform structural welding using dual shield, pulse, and short arc processes.

• Fabricate metal components, including plasma cutting.

• Read and interpret engineering and fabrication prints.

• Use basic layout tools and measuring devices.

• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• Experience with heavy structural welding preferred.

• Strong fabrication skills.

• Ability to read blueprints and measurements accurately.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Pay Rate:

• $18–$22/hour, depending on skill level

• Pay may go higher for strong experience
