Receptionist
Location: Dinuba, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, Temporary, and Eval to hire
Pay: $16.90-$20.00/hr.
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionistto support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Receptionist Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general front-office support
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and records
- Perform data entry and update internal systems as needed
- Assist with email correspondence and communication
- Support office staff with administrative tasks and special projects
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized workspace
Receptionist Qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a huge plus!
