Lumper / General Labor – Heavy Physical Work
Express Employment is currently seeking a Lumper / General Laborer for a warehouse in the Visalia area. This position is very physically demanding and requires consistent heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the entire shift.

Job Duties

Manually move, load, and stack 50 lb. bags into trailers

Perform continuous physical labor for the duration of the shift
Job Requirements

Must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs

Comfortable performing strenuous physical work for extended periods of time

Repeated bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, reaching, gripping, stacking, and turning

Must have steel-toed boots or shoes

Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Comfortable working around loud noises

Able to follow directions and work safely
