Financial Advisor (On-Site Only – Must Be Local)
- Location: Visalia, CA
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Requirements: On-Site Only (Local to Tulare County Required)
- Salary: $85k-$100k + quarterly bonuses

Our client is seeking a Financial Advisor to support ongoing client relationships, deliver financial guidance, and ensure exceptional service to the firm’s growing client base. This role requires a polished professional who can work on-site and build strong, long-term relationships with local clients.
Key Responsibilities

Manage an assigned book of business and provide ongoing client service

Conduct review meetings, gather updates, and support client financial goals

Assist with plan updates, investment recommendations, and account servicing

Collaborate with paraplanners and client service staff to ensure seamless delivery

Maintain compliance documentation and CRM accuracy

Support advisors with follow-up, reporting, and client communication

Build trust and rapport with clients through consistent, high-quality service
Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management

Strong understanding of investment accounts, planning concepts, and client service

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work on-site in Visalia CA (local candidates only)

FINRA licensing (Series 7/63/65/66) required
