Summary
Account Managers serve as the facilitators to ensure clients receive a standard of customer service and meet compliance requirements, all while optimizing their reimbursement programs. Through building effective relationships with key stakeholders at LEAs, Account Managers monitor the needs at LEAs and ensure all parties are well informed about the roles and responsibilities of both LEA staff and the company. Account Managers are responsible for providing program training, conducting meetings, and resolving high-level client issues and concerns when necessary. By providing regular and thorough analysis of each client’s participation and progress, Account Managers work closely with staff to ensure clients are utilizing best practices in order to take full advantage of the reimbursement programs. The company provides industry-leading support, and for this reason, Account Managers must display the ability to work well with a wide variety of groups and people and drive success for both the company and our partners.
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and/or a combination of work experience in related fields equal to the degree
? 1-3 years of experience in the area of customer service
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
? Excellent written/verbal communication skills
? Strong organizational and time management skills
? Ability to work a hybrid working model, a minimum of 2 days a week at the MBT main office, and the other time from a home office
? Ability to travel to client sites, trainings, conferences, events, and to company meetings (with possible overnight stays), as needed
Responsibilities: Direct Account Management
? Assist new clients with onboarding and setting expectations about processes and best practices
? Identify and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed about the roles, responsibilities, and processes of both LEA personnel and the company
? Conduct regular virtual or in-person meetings with assigned LEAs to strengthen understanding of program regulations, share updates, and promote best practices for compliance and program success
? Provide standard training to LEA staff around service logging, TSP list, and RMTS management, cost reporting, and compliance standards
Provide additional training to LEA staff when needed to help achieve efficiencies and program compliance
? Offer strategic guidance to LEAs on program performance, identifying areas of improvement as needed to support maximizing reimbursements, efficiencies for practitioners, and program compliance
? Review and communicate findings from the quarterly RMTS coding report, providing informed recommendations for code changes when necessary to support accuracy
? Ensure program enrollment documents are completed and updated - such as the Annual Report and Data Use Agreements
? Support the billing of transportation services at the request of a client
? Participate in Live Chat regularly
