Prepare and maintain grower pool statements, including revenue allocation, deductions, assessments, and final returns

Track fruit receipts, grades, pack-outs, and inventory to ensure accurate grower reporting

Reconcile grower accounts and resolve discrepancies with supporting documentation

Manage grower contracts, pricing schedules, payment terms, and settlement processes

Coordinate with operations, production, and sales teams to validate production data and revenue allocation

Analyze harvesting, hauling, packing, storage, and marketing costs for accurate grower settlements
-
Prepare weekly and seasonal grower reports, including estimated returns and variance explanations

Maintain and update accounting systems used for grower tracking and settlement reporting

Serve as a primary point of contact for growers regarding statements, payments, and account inquiries

Support budgeting and forecasting for grower programs and seasonal operations

Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audits

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and agricultural accounting practices

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and grower transparency

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)

3+ years of accounting experience; agricultural or grower accounting strongly preferred

Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and revenue allocation

Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems; advanced Excel skills required

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a seasonal, fast-paced environment

Strong customer service mindset when working with growers and internal teams
