Welder Fabricator
Location: Visalia, CA
Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hr
Schedule: 5:45am-2:15pm
Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator to fabricate and assemble metal components using blueprints and shop equipment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate shop equipment and machine tools
- Fabricate parts from drawings and specifications
- Grind, repair, and maintain tools, dies, and fixtures
- Assist with assembly and equipment setup
- Follow safety and OSHA standards
Qualifications:
- Welding/fabrication experience required
- MIG welding experience with carbon steel and stainless steel
- Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure
- Basic math skills (fractions)
- Experience with shop equipment (welding machines, drill press, saws, crane/hoists)
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift moderate weight and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
