Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and experienced Second Shift Assembly Workers to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for assembling air filters for heavy machinery with precision and attention to quality. Candidates must have prior experience working second shift hours and be comfortable with a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble air filters according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow work instructions and production schedules
- Work overtime on weekends as required
Requirements:
- Prior experience working second shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
- Proven experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and schematics
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
