Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Maintenance position with a Property Management company located in the Bradenton, FL area.
Duties Include:
- Diagnose and perform various maintenance and repair tasks involving and Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, etc.
- Water Irrigation/sprinkler systems/fountains/pumps - cleaning filters, small repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance requests from owners are handled in a timely manner.
- Assist in keeping the grounds neat and free of litter; rake, sweep and power wash buildings exteriors, stairs, walkways as needed.
- Drywall, concrete repairs as needed
- Cleaning out HVAC vents.
- interior/exterior lights - replacing light bulbs and light fixtures as needed
- Gas barbeque grills need to be cleaned regularly
- Diagnose ceiling or wall leaks
- Assist in moving abandoned furniture, appliances to the dumpster when necessary
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the property manager or maintenance supervisor.
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Active driver's License required.
- 3 years minimum of Maintenance
- Lift and carry 50 lbs consistently
- Must be able to read, speak and write in English.
- Must be comfortable with plumbing, electrical and drywall.
