Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL, is currently hiring for a Door Assembling position for a Door manufacturing company based in Bradenton, FL
Duties:
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or technical drawings to determine assembly requirements.
- Select, measure, cut, and prepare wood, metal, glass, or composite components for assembly.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery (e.g., saws, drills, nail guns, routers) to fabricate and assemble door parts.
- Install hinges, locks, handles, windows, and other hardware according to specifications.
- Inspect materials and finished doors for defects, damage, or deviations from specifications.
- Safely handle and move heavy materials using lifts, dollies, or other material-handling equipment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in assembly, carpentry, woodworking, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Ability to read measuring tapes, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Skilled in using various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
