Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for a Machine Operator with some quality control experience for a liquid cleaning supply manufacturer based in Bradenton, FL.
Duties:
- Operate, monitor, and adjust liquid filling, mixing, and packaging machines to maintain efficient production flow.
- Conduct routine quality checks on products, including viscosity, color, pH, weight, and labeling accuracy.
- Record and document all production and quality control data in accordance with company standards.
- Identify and report any product defects, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations to the supervisor.
- Ensure that all products meet company and regulatory quality specifications before release.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and testing areas following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Assist with raw material batching and preparation according to production formulas.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery to prevent downtime.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, chemical production, or quality control preferred.
- Basic math and measurement skills required.
- Ability to read and follow production and safety procedures accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
