Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for a Production Supervising position for an auto parts manufacturer company based in Bradenton, FL
Duties:
- Creates & releases job orders based on incoming customer orders and the Planning workbench/Activity log demand
- Prepares job order document packets for Kingsborne wire sets.
- Receives redline markups for incorrect documentation in production and completes necessary ECR, DCR or NDR to correct as needed.
- Manages, updates and reviews training matrix to ensure training is current and in compliance.
- Works with purchasing and the warehouse teams to resolve shortages preventing jobs being built
- Approved labor, time and leave reporting for the Production team.
Requirements:
- Creates & updates work instructions, checklists, visual aids, production display metrics; in use by production personnel
- Works with CSRs to resolve customer RMAs and reworks
- Ensures safety is always a top priority
- Acts as a resource for problem-solving issues that arise in Production and Inspection
- Reinforce company policy and rules to ensure that all production team members understand and follow the expectations of the company.
- Takes a leadership role driving continuous improvement and 6S initiatives.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 software
- EPICOR ERP system experience desired.
