Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is preparing to hire for a Warehouse position for a Charge Solutions manufacturing company based in Manatee County, FL
Duties:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Label, stage, and coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers to ensure timely delivery
- Operate sit-down forklifts in compliance with safety standards
- Use barcode scanning to track inventory and maintain FIFO (First-In, First-Out) processes
- Receive inbound shipments and perform organized put-away into warehouse storage locations
- Perform light assembly, repackaging, and sub-assembly tasks as needed
- Fulfill service orders with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Requirements:
- Proven track record of safely operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computers, including ERP and WMS systems
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment required
