Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for a 1st Shift Packaging Operator for a building supplies company located in the Bradenton, FL area.
Duties:
- Responsible for packaging finished goods
- Assemble and staple packing goods
- Operate Machinery and keep the line flowing
- Visually inspect products to ensure quality customer specifications throughout the shift
- Notify Lead if there are any defects within the products
- Enter data into the computer system and assist with Shipping/Receiving.
- Assist with housekeeping and other production duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Ability to read policies & procedure manuals
- 3+ years of Machine Operator Required
- 5+ years of fast-paced packaging required.
- Ability to read policy & procedure manuals
- Must have general computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
