Express Employment Professionals is Preparing to hire for a Property Maintenance position with a great company located in the Bradenton, FL area. Pay Ranges from $18-21.00/hr
Duties Include:
- Fixing patches in walls, repairing water lines, and touching up paint
- Fixing toilets, and light plumbing is required for the role
- Assist with lawn care and lawn maintenance
Requirements:
- Prior Property Maintenance experience required
- Prior Plumbing, and light electrical experience preferred
- Must have a mechanically inclined mindset
