Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for a Production & Fufillment Specialist position for a company based in Bradenton, FL
Duties:
-Process, prepare, package and stage completed orders for shipment or pickup using multiple systems, each with it's own process flows, documentation and quality standards.
- Receive incoming products and equipment; verify quantities, condition and supporting documents as directed.
- Organize inventory, products, supplies, and equipment in assigned storage locations to maintain accurate, accessible and orderly work areas.
- Assist with testing, cleaning and preparing equipment in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements.
- Folow establish work instructions, quality standards, and system specific workflows
- Enter data in Micosoft Excel including updating and doing final reviews to maintain accurate order, inventory, and operational information in company system.
- Identiry and report order, inventory, system and product or equiment discrepencies to the operations director
Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday-Friday
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outloook required.
- Data Entry, Spreadsheet organization, sorting, filtering, formulas , reporting and spreadsheet manipulation.
- Experience with pivot tables are strongly preferred.
- Ability to swtich between multiple systems and tasks while maintaining accuracy, order equality and process compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy and follow throughs.
- Ability to identify routine order, inventory, data or system discrepencies and escalate them appropiately.
- Ability to life, move and handle items weighing between 30-50 lbs multiple of times throughout the day.
- Reliable transportation to and from work are required.
