Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to one or more executives, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and basic travel coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing day-to-day front-office functions.
- Manage office administrative tasks such as supply inventory, ordering materials, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Submit and track expense reports and purchase requests.
- Facilitate internal communications and ensure smooth information flow across departments.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Support project tracking and assist with internal initiatives as needed.
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and department-wide communications.
· Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
· Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
· Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Professional presence, discretion, and attention to detail.
· Proactive, self-starter with a willingness to learn.
· Previous experience in a professional office environment is preferred.
Skills:
· Familiarity with expense management and travel booking platforms.
· Interest in developing project coordination and operational support skills.
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
