Warehouse Operator

Do you have manufacturing experience?
A fast-paced bio-based chemical manufacturing company seeking a first shift warehouse operator to work on-site for 40 hours a week.
Warehouse Operator Position Responsibilities and skills
· Adhere to on-site food safety, health safety, GMP, and PPE requirements
· Operate in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment
· Operate a forklift for movement of palletized products and totes
· Perform basic mathematical calculations
· Set up bulk liquid transfers using hoses and pumps safely
· Blend products in tanks, totes, and drums using multiple liquid and solid components measured out per batch ticket
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment
· Receive and document shipments, both bulk and palletized
· Prep, document and ship out transfer trucks of bulk and palletized product
· Document shipments in an organized and efficient manner
· Inspection of incoming packages for damage or improper documentation
· Inspection of incoming bulk tankers for improper washing or documentation
· Use email to communicate with operations team
· Print documentation and labels for order preparation
· Print documentation and labels for batch manufacturing
· Package and label 55-gallon drums and totes of product
· Prepare pallets of 55-gallon drums with steel straps and shipping labels
· Collect samples supporting formulations and quality
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
