Hours: 1st Shift
Dress code: Close-toed shoes, and no offensive clothing.
Education and/or Experience: - Requires a high school diploma
Physical Demands: Occasionally lift to 50lbs.
Tools/Equipment Used: Computers
Work Environment: Warehouse
Job Description/Duties:
1.Daily operation of Knitting Machines; includes machine setup capability.
2.Daily maintenance and cleaning of all socks knitting machines and knitting area.
3.Identify when Raw Material levels are low and report problems to supervisor.
4.Ability to set up Knitting Machines for all necessary Yarn types.
5.Ability to record daily production records in a Production Log.
6.Ability to troubleshoot minor machine problems and report analysis to supervisor.
7.Ability to follow basic washing and drying instructions for shrinking of finished socks.
8.Responsible for keeping work areas clean and always organized.
9.Responsible for completing inventory of finished goods and supplies when required.
10.Responsible for knowing/understanding all specifications to ensure parts meet all quality standards.
11.Other Duties as assigned.
