Job Full Description
Hours: 7am -3:30pm
Dress Code: Close toed shoes, and no offensive clothing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or inventory control preferred
- Ability to accurately count, organize, and track materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to shift between tasks as needed is a must
Responsibilities:
- Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
- Coordinate with manager to meet production schedules and stage manufacturing orders for assembly
- Assist with continuous improvement efforts related to assembly and inventory processes
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or inventory control
Language Skills: Ability to understand, speak, and read English clearly.
