Responsibilities
• Perform expert carpet extraction, encapsulation cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and VCT maintenance.
• Conduct thorough vehicle and equipment checks, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Process payments, obtain client signatures, and document job details with photos, videos, and notes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure equipment is ready for the next shift.
• Proactively communicate with clients, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
• Upsell other services and earn commissions.
Qualifications
• Professional cleaning experience is a plus.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• A valid and clean driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A clean background check and drug-free status.
• Mechanical skills are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain tile floors in commercial buildings such as offices, schools, hospitals, or retail stores.
Operate floor cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, and wet/dry vacuums.
Perform grout cleaning, floor stripping, sealing, and waxing as needed.
Follow proper safety and cleaning procedures.
Identify and report any floor damage or maintenance needs.
Ensure all work areas are left clean, safe, and presentable.
Adhere to facility protocols and safety standards.
Requirements:
Experience with commercial floor cleaning equipment and techniques (especially tile and grout).
Understanding of cleaning agents, floor finishes, and proper handling procedures.
Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies (up to 80 lbs)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights or weekends if required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Work Environment:
Commercial facilities (e.g., offices, medical centers, schools).
Work may require standing, bending, and operating machinery for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in janitorial or floor technician roles in commercial settings.
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards for cleaning operations.
Language Skills: Ability to understand, speak, and read English clearly.
