Floor Cleaning Technician

Pay Rate: $17-$20/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain tile floors in commercial buildings such as offices, schools, hospitals, or retail stores.
- Operate floor cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, and wet/dry vacuums.
- Perform grout cleaning, floor stripping, sealing, and waxing as needed.
- Follow proper safety and cleaning procedures.
- Identify and report any floor damage or maintenance needs.
- Ensure all work areas are left clean, safe, and presentable.
- Adhere to facility protocols and safety standards
