Land Surveyor/Draftsman

Location: Pinellas Park, Florida
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare survey drawings, plats, and exhibits using AutoCAD and Carlson
- Process field data and translate it into accurate, detailed drafts
- Collaborate with surveyors and field crews to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
- Review and revise drawings based on redlines and project requirements
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Ensure all drafting work meets company standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Carlson software required
- Working knowledge of land surveying principles and drafting practices
- Ability to read and interpret survey field notes and legal descriptions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule & Pay
