Location: Pinellas Park, Florida
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips
- Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues promptly
- Accurately sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner
- Generate shipping labels and ensure proper documentation for outgoing orders
- Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.) to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and stock checks
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
- Ensure all shipments meet company quality standards and customer requirements
- Keep shipping and receiving areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with returns processing and restocking of merchandise
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and shipping compliance regulations
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding order status, delays, or inventory issues
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
- Basic warehouse or inventory experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
