Express is seeking Technical Customer Support Representative!

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact: Take customer orders, understand their needs, and ensure smooth processing by coordinating with internal teams.
- Provide expert support: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Soma Therapy-ED products and deliver technical assistance to users.
- Ensure quality: Document customer complaints and collaborate with the Quality Manager for resolution.
- Stay organized: Keep accurate records of calls, orders, and activities every day.
- Champion compliance: Understand and apply all processes within the Quality Management System (QMS).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Customer Support
- Order processing and documentation
- Record keeping and inventory management
- Computer proficiency and typing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with QMS processes
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; a 2-year technical degree is a bonus
- Must pass a drug screen
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Computer, scanners, phone, and small tools
