The Warehouse / Delivery Driver is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations and completing local delivery and pickup routes. This role includes material handling, operating a propane forklift, driving company delivery trucks, and assisting with inventory control. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable, safety‑focused, and communicates well with team members and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up products using company delivery trucks
- Operate propane forklift and dolly safely and efficiently
- Perform material handling duties, including loading and unloading products
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
- Assist with general warehouse operations and organization
- Work with electrical and propane‑related materials as required
- Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and customers
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle materials and equipment
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–3 years of related warehouse and delivery experience required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience operating a propane forklift and dolly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Physically strong and able to meet job demands
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience working around electrical and propane systems
- Familiarity with inventory control and warehouse safety practices
