Job Full Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Housekeeper to join our team at a Senior Residential Care Home. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of housekeeping experience, provide excellent customer service to residents, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Compensation: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and staff
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas
- Maintain cleanliness according to facility standards
- Pay close attention to detail while performing daily cleaning tasks
- Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, and team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Dependable and punctual
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Frequent bending, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds
