FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN WANTED!!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Maintenance experience and some formal training in one or all of the following areas: "light" electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, refurbishing, and cleaning
- Familiar with building mechanical processes and/or construction.
- Ability to effectively follow written and oral instructions.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Familiar with hand tools.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Experience driving a box truck is helpful.
- Able to safely utilize ladders to include telescopic lifts to perform tasks.
- Good communication skills.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
