Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Reach Truck / Forklift Operator to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires experience handling top-heavy product and working with care, precision, and confidence to ensure safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate reach truck and/or standard forklift to move and store materials

Safely handle and transport top-heavy and potentially unstable products

Load and unload trailers, stage pallets, and replenish inventory

Follow all warehouse safety protocols and equipment handling procedures

Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
-
2+ year of recent experience operating a reach truck and forklift
-
Experience handling top-heavy or oversized loads preferred
-
Must be comfortable operating at height and in narrow aisles

Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
