Perform fluorescent penetrant inspections (FPI) on metallic and non-metallic components to identify cracks, porosity, or other discontinuities.

Prepare and process parts through cleaning, penetrant application, dwell, removal, and developer stages in accordance with established procedures.

Interpret and evaluate inspection results against acceptance criteria and specifications (training provided).

Document results accurately, maintaining inspection logs, reports, and traceability records.

Calibrate, maintain, and operate FPI equipment in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Support audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to address nonconformances.

Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
