Job Overview

Express Employment is seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is essential in managing customer calls, scheduling, dispatching, and providing general administrative support to keep the office running smoothly. This is a part time position, but full time can be discussed. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, schedule customers, confirm appointments, and process payments.

  • Dispatch technicians and enter customer information into QuickBooks/T-sheets.

  • Maintain filing systems and enter invoices as needed.

  • Support customer follow-ups, review requests, and estimate scheduling.

  • Assist with inventory tracking, office supplies, and restocking.

  • Prepare materials for meetings, safety sessions, and new hires.

  • Handle light office upkeep, errands, and special projects as requested.


Qualifications

  • Previous administrative/office experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office a plus.

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
