Job Description
We are seeking experienced and motivated Diesel Mechanics to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel-powered equipment and vehicles to ensure safe and efficient operation. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on diesel engines and equipment

Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections

Repair or replace engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and suspension systems
-
Troubleshoot electrical systems using diagnostic tools

Maintain accurate service and repair records

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements
-
Previous diesel mechanic experience (fleet, truck, or heavy equipment)
-
Strong knowledge of diesel engines and repair procedures
-
Ability to read schematics, manuals, and diagnostic reports

Experience using diagnostic tools and hand tools
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment

Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Preferred Qualifications

ASE Diesel Certification or equivalent
-
Experience with heavy equipment, construction, or agricultural machinery

CDL (or willingness to obtain)

Hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting experience
