Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical aptitude and experience supporting facility operations. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Required Qualifications:

3–5 years of maintenance support experience

Relevant certifications required
-
Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Lighting, Plumbing, and Pneumatic systems

Thorough understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
-
Experience with mechanical and light electrical troubleshooting

Welding experience (MIG/Stick) and oxyacetylene cutting preferred
-
Ability to operate equipment such as cranes, hoists, forklifts, scissor/boom lifts, and common power tools
Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment according to OEM standards
-
Complete daily work orders and PMs based on priority levels
-
Troubleshoot equipment, fixtures, and tooling to minimize downtime
-
Maintain accurate work order documentation within the maintenance management system
