Quality Inspector – $22/hr – Rincon, GA

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Quality Inspector for a global logistics partner located in Rincon, GA. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, offering $22/hour. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic mechanical knowledge, and experience working around heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inbound inspections on machines arriving at the facility to identify transport damage or quality concerns

Perform outbound inspections prior to shipment to ensure machines meet customer and internal quality standards

Complete random quality checks throughout technical processes to ensure compliance

Document and report damages or nonconformities using internal reporting systems

Perform machine exercises, including startup, movement, and functionality checks, to confirm proper operation after storage

Assist in determining equipment readiness for delivery and coordinate with assembly or repair teams as needed

Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and tracking of equipment throughout the inspection process
Qualifications:

Basic mechanical understanding and ability to identify faults or deviations

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Ability to operate or willingness to learn to operate heavy equipment

Forklift, scissor lift, boom lift, or excavator experience highly preferred
