📞 Recruiter Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Phone Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator to support our staffing team. This position focuses on recruiting, screening, and onboarding candidates by phone and in person. This role does not involve sales or client management — the primary responsibility is sourcing and qualifying candidates for open positions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to applicants daily
- Screen candidates by phone for open positions
- Schedule interviews for the placement team
- Conduct basic interviews and application reviews
- Enter and update candidate information in the system
- Ensure all candidate profiles are complete and compliant
- Upload resumes and documents into candidate files
- Follow up with applicants regarding job opportunities
- Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Meet daily and weekly recruiting call goals
Requirements
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
- Basic computer skills
- Professional and reliable work habits
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English / Spanish (strongly preferred)
- Recruiting, call center, or customer service experience
