Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Provide general support to staff and management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with office management systems
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and databases
- Customer service experience
