Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Lumber Forklift Operator. This position requires experience operating a forklift in a lumber or warehouse environment and the ability to safely load and unload lumber into shipping containers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a forklift to move, stack, and transport lumber throughout the facility
- Load and unload lumber into containers for shipment
- Ensure materials are handled safely and securely to prevent damage
- Assist with organizing and staging materials for outgoing shipments
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience
- Required experience loading and unloading lumber into containers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or yard environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
