Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Shipping & Receiving / Heavy Equipment Operator position in the Rincon area. This is not your typical warehouse role — candidates will be working with heavy machinery such as dozers, skid steers, wheel loaders, and other construction equipment. Previous heavy equipment operating experience is REQUIRED.
Job Duties:
- Load, unload, and stage heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect incoming and outgoing machinery for damages or discrepancies
- Operate equipment throughout the yard and staging areas
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous heavy equipment operating experience REQUIRED
- Experience operating dozers, skid steers, wheel loaders, or similar equipment preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to safely maneuver and stage large machinery
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable transportation and attendance required
