Job Title: Lead General Cleaner – 2nd Shift
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00PM-11:30PM
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Lead General Cleaner for a 2nd shift opportunity. This position will oversee and lead a team of general cleaners across multiple buildings in a warehouse/industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and assist a team of general cleaners
• Ensure all assigned buildings and areas are cleaned properly and efficiently
• Communicate with management regarding staffing, cleaning progress, and issues
• Use Outlook on a phone app for communication and updates
• Maintain organization and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
Requirements:
• Strong custodial/janitorial background required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Above average communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using mobile apps and Outlook email on a phone
• Reliable transportation and good attendance required
