Vehicle Readiness Specialist
Luxury Automotive Dealership | Savannah, GA
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Weekends Required
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Vehicle Readiness Specialist for a premier luxury automotive dealership in Savannah, GA. This position is responsible for ensuring every vehicle is showroom-ready and delivered to customers in pristine condition.

Responsibilities:
- Clean, detail, and prepare luxury vehicles for customer delivery and showroom display.
- Wash, wax, vacuum, and sanitize vehicle interiors and exteriors.
- Inspect vehicles for scratches, swirl marks, paint imperfections, and cosmetic defects.
- Perform minor paint correction and polishing as needed.
- Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership lot.
- Maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
- Ensure vehicles meet dealership appearance and quality standards.
- Work efficiently to meet daily deadlines and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous automotive detailing experience preferred.
- Experience with polishing, buffing, or paint correction is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
