Job Full Description
Job Summary
We are hiring a Service Technician to inspect, repair, and complete touch-ups on flooring and cabinet installations in new homes. This role works closely with builders and installers to ensure all work meets quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and punch-list items on flooring and cabinetry
- Complete cabinet touch-ups (doors, drawers, panels, etc.)
- Inspect completed installations and document issues with photos and notes
- Measure job sites as needed
- Use hand tools to complete repairs and adjustments
- Communicate with builders, installers, and team members
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Travel between job sites as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license required
- Experience with flooring, cabinetry, construction, or home repairs preferred
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and stand for extended periods
- Work in construction sites, warehouses, and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
