Property & Casualty / Commercial Insurance Specialist
Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Position
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist with experience in commercial insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong insurance knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a professional attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Property & Casualty insurance needs
- Service commercial insurance accounts
- Handle customer questions and policy-related requests
- Assist with quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
- Communicate with clients and insurance carriers
- Maintain accurate customer and policy records
- Follow up with clients and carriers as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a professional and positive work environment
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty insurance experience required
- Commercial insurance experience strongly preferred
- Active insurance license preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency with computers and insurance-related software
