We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Night Lead to join our team!
Responsibilities include:
• Lead and support associates during the night shift
• Help ensure daily tasks and goals are completed efficiently
• Monitor workflow and assist with resolving issues
• Provide guidance and support to team members
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Communicate important updates to management
Qualifications:
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Warehouse or operations experience is a plus
