Warehouse & Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse & Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and provide excellent customer service.

• Coordinate shipments through FedEx, UPS, and other common carriers.

• Prepare and process Bills of Lading, shipping labels, and related documentation.

• Assist with inventory management, receiving, packing, and shipping.

• Track shipments and resolve shipping or order issues.

• Enter and maintain accurate order and inventory information.

• Assist with e-commerce orders and general warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, shipping, logistics, or customer service experience.

• Experience with FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.

• Familiarity with Bills of Lading and inventory management.

• Basic computer and data-entry skills.

• QuickBooks experience is a plus.

• Amazon, eBay, or other e-commerce experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
