Job Full Description
We are looking for a motivated and personable Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting, support hiring initiatives, and help attract top talent to our organization.
Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate follow-up, offers, and onboarding.

Develop creative sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruiting priorities.

Manage recruiting projects and initiatives from planning through completion.

Coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and recruiting priorities simultaneously.

Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the ATS/HRIS.

Attend career fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting events.

Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree required.

1–2 years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.

Project management experience with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple initiatives.

Experience with ADP or another ATS/HRIS.

Strong communication, networking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruiting data.
-
Ability to manage multiple positions and projects in a fast-paced environment.
-
Professional, motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working with diverse candidates.
