Job Title: Parts Counter/Warehouse
Location: Kahului, HI

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Counter/Warehouse professional to fill orders, provide excellent customer service, stock the warehouse, sell parts, and manage inventory. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive parts orders from walk-in, telephone, and email customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Verify and confirm correct part numbers, models, and serial numbers.
- Fill orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock the warehouse with incoming parts and customer returns.
- Ensure all parts are properly labeled and stored.
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels.
- Sell parts to customers and handle transactions.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a neat and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a service shop or parts department.
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Forklift certification or ability to be certified within 60 days.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- PC skills.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
