Salary: $40,000 annually
Schedule: 9am – 5pm, weekdays

Job Description:
Hawaii's Best Workplace is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk. In this role, you will support our accounting department by performing various clerical tasks and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and records.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
· Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries.
· Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
· Prepare invoices, expense reports, and payroll processing.
· Maintain accurate financial records and assist with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
· Prior experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
