Job Description:
Hawaii's Best Workplace is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an AR Specialist. In this role, you will support our accounting department by managing invoices, payments, and customer accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process and monitor accounts receivable transactions and invoices.
· Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
· Prepare statements, reports, and assist with month-end closing.
· Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in Accounting preferred.
· Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
